Before dispatch, each watch goes through an additional round of inspection and verification to ensure it meets our standards for aesthetics, functionality, and overall finish.
Our Process

When order is accepted, it takes 1-3 biz days for us to order watches from factories.

Inspection
When watches arrive in our warehouse, they go through professional inspection thoroughly.

Pack & Ship
When inspection passed, items are carefully cleaned and packed with boxes and handed over to carriers.

Track & Support
We track the package till it arrives in your hand, while getting ready for any potential post-sale supports.
