- Original packaging, accessories, and included items are retained

When eligibility is approved, our support team will provide you with the proper address for return or exchange. Please DO NOT return package directly to the original address it was shipped from.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, security, and quality-control reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Refund Policy
